Otherworldly

One evening, a young lord walked through the gates, leading instead of riding a fine horse, with ribbons tied in its mane and tail. He went up to one of the elegant townhouses and knocked on the door. After a while, a servant opened the door and the lordling gave him a letter. Then, he retired to the nearby fountain to let his horse have a drink while he waited for a response.

The beautiful Renaissance-inspired Townhouse Isabella is the latest in the Medici Series from Del-ka Aedilis and it is out now at the SL Renaissance Festival. This is a spacious house with two floors, four rooms, a spacious hallway upstairs and two balconies. I do wish it had been possible to reduce the size as my avatars end up being very small compared to it, but I really like the layout of this house and the textures used both for the interior and the exterior. Across from the Townhouse Isabella (or townhouses, rather, as I put out two copies) is the earlier release the Townhouse Cosimo. The walls around the little town were created using the Ghibelline Medieval Wall System from Fantavatar & Moonstruck.

The outfit is another release for the SL Renaissance Festival, a separate coat and a combined set of pants and boots from Hawker’s House. The set is available for a range of male mesh bodies.

The horse, of course, is the brand new Teeglepet Tennessee Walking Horse from The Horse Show. The mane and tail ribbons are a special gift for those buying the horse at the event whereas the halter and the leadrope are previous releases now updated for the new breeds.
