The Horse Ranch

In my last post, I did a tour of Hope 9, one of the Home & Garden Expo sims. I teased the upcoming releases from Teegle and gave you a look at the other creators on the sim, such as RVi Design. Now the time has come for a closer look at the Horse Ranch Homestead from the latter as well as the Teeglepet Fjord Horse and Teeglepet Connemara Pony.

The Horse Ranch Homestead is a collection of multiple buildings and numerous additional decor items. The house, originally an old barn, is spacious and welcoming, with a large open fireplace in the central room. The barns provide room for many horses as well as a tack room and feed storage. The mega pack includes both a rezzer that will set up everything for you in the configuration seen here as well as individual pieces that can be laid out according to your preferences.

In-between the buildings a paddock is setup, allowing you to look out at your horses from your kitchen window. I have always wanted to do that myself!

The mega pack includes a wide array of horse care items, scripted to work with the Teeglepets, so you can take good care of your horses too.

There’s a private well on the property too and in the background you can see the porch of the house and one set of the old barn doors.

The ranch also comes with your own kitchen garden and this is a fully interactive setup with poses for weeding, watering and so on, as well as some poses for just hanging out. There are some really nice photo opportunities here.

The front of the house features glass doors inside of the barn doors. The pots in the foreground are from one of the gachas from RVi Design at the Home & Garden Expo.

In addition to the massive Horse Ranch Homestead mega pack, RVi Design also has four RFL vendors selling decor items separately and raising money for the American Cancer Society. Make sure to check those out if the mega pack is a bit too much for your land or your budget.

Finally, let me introduce you to the first of my two new Teeglepet friends. This is Gyllir, a Fjord Horse. Despite the name, the Fjord Horse is not always horse-sized, but even so it is not called a pony. The Teeglepet version is a little on the larger side, but captures the build of the Fjord Horse very well. The classic coat is also beautifully done.

My second new friend is Liath, a Connemara Pony. The Connemara is a fairly elegant pony and this is nicely shown in the Teeglepet version. Both of these two new breeds come with all the same functions as previous Teeglepets and knowing the fantastic third-party creators there will soon be more tack and other add-ons for them.

In addition to the two new Teeglepets, Teegle has also released four new grey coats at the Expo and these are all donation items. Furthermore, the previous Teeglepets are all out for sale in donation vendors too. So why not take the chance to expand your herd and donate to the American Cancer Society at the same time!
