Otherworldly

I can’t resist doing another post about Genre’s September round, this one featuring the lovely Susanna dress from the Muses. Old times indeed, and it goes perfectly with the Akiko hair from Wasabi Pills. I am also wearing the updated mesh hands from Slink; if you already own the hands, make sure to get the update delivered using the terminals in the store, and if you don’t own the hands…well, get that problem taken care of right away. You need them, trust me. There are also male hands out now, so take your partner (or male alt) along as well.

The Susanna dress has a certain down-to-earth elegance. The wool skirt features lovely embroideries and the linen top is quite feminine with its ruffles and the patterning. While the skirt is always brown, the top comes in several colours, and since it is only L$100 at Genre you might find yourself walking away with a couple.

I love the braids on the Akiko hair and I think they play perfectly into the Old West feel of the dress; its a pretty and yet practical style.

The close up also shows off the pretty Slink hands. While a new HUD is at the heart of the update, the actual shape of the mesh hands has also been tweaked somewhat.
