Otherworldly

Curved Lines

I have to say, the Marylebone Flat from Barnesworth Anubis has inspired me to play around quite a bit with different furnishings. It is a really interesting space which works very nicely for a lot of pieces I’ve wanted to cover for a while. So, in addition to some sexy upcoming lingerie from Alaskametro, a cool necklace from the Plastik and new hair from Wasabi Pills, this post also features furniture from Rustica and Noble Creations.

The Freyja lace bodysuit (lovely name, isn’t it? ;) will be out at the Whore Couture Fair on March 1st. The impeccably made bodysuit comes in seven colours (I am wearing peach here) and with appliers for Slink, Maitreya, TMP and Omega.

The Plastik’s Roan Necklace is available at N21 and each metal colour comes with cords in black, brown and white. A pair of long earrings matching the metal pieces in style are also part of the set.

Finally, the Dress-er from Rustica is a cleverly shaped, functional (and yes, the drawers open) dresser in the shape of a mini dress. It comes with steel or brass accents and with a HUD for changing the colour; here I made it red to match the wall paper. This is a really nifty piece of well-made furniture.

The short, curly hair is the Uber release from Wasabi Pills, a style called Simone. I am really loving the new red textures from Wasabi Pills, and having a HUD to change between them is always nice for the inventory (even if mine is well beyond salvation as it is).

The mirror I am checking myself out in is the Floor Wood Mirror from Noble Creations, which is available at their mainstore. The wood frame makes it perfect for this sort of setting as it has an antique feel.

In the background, you can see paintings from Libertine’s collection of art for the Home & Garden Expo, as well as a couple of other furnishings from Alia Baroque’s available there. They’re really great for adding atmosphere to a room.

The poses I am using here are a collection of old favourites by Boudoir Rouge. I don’t know if they are still available, but they are great for lingerie shots. And oh right, the skin. You will have to wait a little for more details about that.
