I hadn’t expected quite such an interruption to regular blogging just from a little vacation, but there you go. Before we left I had a pile of work to wrap up and now that we’re here (here being halfway up the Baltic coast) even typical Swedish summer weather isn’t leaving me with much time for blogging. But, I do want to catch up on covering at least part of the pile of new things in my inventory (including lots and lots of skins!), so I hope that blogging well past midnight won’t produce anything too strange.
Of course, a little strangeness might go well with the two fabulous outfits from Deviance that I’ll be featuring today, together with sneak previews of two upcoming Adam n Eve skins.

The Enchantress (here seen in Cream, but available in several other gorgeous colours too) features a clothing-layer bustier and panty combined with a prim cape (with or without a the collar seen here) and a prim skirt that comes in a few different configurations. Also included is the staff, with and without a hold pose.
Texturing as well as prim work is very well executed and the fit was quite easily sorted out. If you find that is not the case for you, a shape is also included and it can be used as a guideline if you prefer to make a modified version of your own shape instead of modifying the prims. But as everything is mod and copy, editing the prims is also an excellent alternative.
The hair is from Tekeli-li, the perfect place for finding a fantastical hair for this kind of outfit, and the skin is a forthcoming release from Adam n Eve called Marina. Just wait until you get to see her full range of exotic skin tones and fabulous makeups.

Entirely composed of prim parts (so nothing for the very modest, perhaps) is the second outfit from Deviance, the Dark Elementalist in Blood Vine (several other colours available, including lighter ones in the Elementalist range) and using the Gold Trim option (Silver also available). This outfit is a bit harder and edgier, with sharp angles and and a faintly armour-like feel. Though, it doesn’t protect all that much, does it? ;)
The prim parts are conveniently offered in two different sizes, to reduce the need for editing. If you do need to edit, it should just entail a bit of a stretch and perhaps some slight repositioning; I found it pretty easy to get it to work with my shape and I love how the prim pieces seem so well fitted to the avatar mesh. The top, in particular, hugs the breasts beautifully. As with the other outfit, a shape is also included to help you out further.
The skin worn with this outfit is Jasmine, another upcoming skin from Adam n Eve, and the hair is once again from Tekeli-li.
One reason for the lack of blogging during my vacation has been that with a somewhat slower than usual connection, I can’t easily shoot in just any location. But I finally sorted out a good option for these outfits when I remember the fabulous Source of Life prop from Chanimations, which allowed me to setup the shot I wanted on my home sim of Revelations. I really need more props like that!
