Shapes, photography and fashion reviews by Ran Garrigus and Freyja Nemeth. This blog has been replaced by the Otherworldly blog.
LivejournalIts hardly any secret that I am a big fan of sachi Vixen’s skins or that Ran and I have been working for Adam n Eve for several years now. That said, we both do want to feature her creations now and then because, well, we really like them and we wear them a lot. The latest female skin release from sachi is extra special for me since its a skin she showed me a preview of ages ago and which I really liked the look of. But, since it is a bit on the more exotic side and those tend to grab less attention, she put it aside for a while. Now she’s finished it, however, and with a selection of makeups that are right up my alley. Perhaps Marina might appeal to you too?
I was playing around with some SL shadows today and while I didn’t have the time yet to do a full set of proper skin review photos, I did want to share my favourite shadow photo. As an aside, I also tried shadows in Kirstens Viewer again. It didn’t work last time, but now they look amazing. I will have to use it for photos but the dark interface kills my eyes.
What I am showing here is Marina in tone 3 and the Emerald makeup, and the hair is Truth’s Project Donate contribution, Aloha. Did I mention I love hairs with two-part attachments?
Marina, like all Adam n Eve skins, is offered in four tones and 12 makeups. You get the skin with and without push-up cleavage and you also get hairbase and pubic hair options on tattoo layers, plus a manicure and a pedicure that matches the makeup. A single makeup is 1000 and if you join the group there’s a 10% rebate. The vendors also offer a “mix your own pack” option with additional reductions for each added skin and there is a full fatpack with an extra discount.
