These last few weeks I have spent mostly in neither RL or Second Life but rather in Westeros. As the maintainers of the largest A Song of Ice and Fire fansite, Ran and I have been swallowed up by all the news reporting for HBO’s new Game of Thrones show which is based on the books.

Today’s look is definitely echoing Westeros too in a nod to House Targaryen; lilac eyes, silver-gold hair and black-and-red clothing in the form of the Blood version of Silentsparrow’s latest release, the Corbie Suite. I am also wearing the lovely new Paige skin from Adam n Eve.

The releases from Silentsparrow are not as frequent these days as they used to be, but they are well worth the wait. The Corbie Suite, made to match the earlier release of the unisex Corbie Suit, features gorgeously detailed textures and lovely primwork. As well as a bevy of different options. This is the ballgown option, worn with a slip beneath the lace.

I love the scrollwork on the back of the bodice and this “woofy” skirt with its huge ribbon at the back and division of colour down the middle is truly striking.

You also have the option of wearing it as a lingerie set, complete with stockings and garters, and I think it looks absolutely gorgeous like this too. The bodice is so beautifully done.

I matched up the colours on this lovely choker from lassitude & ennui with the enclosed hud. Its a beautifully delicate set, very feminine, and perfect for this outfit.

The Paige skin is the latest release from Adam n Eve. It is sold in single packs that include a set of eyeshadows and lipsticks on tattoo layers as well as tattoo layers for three additional brow colours (brown, red and blonde in addition to the default black). I am wearing the palest tone and the blonde brows. The skin also comes with and without pushup cleavage and it features sachi’s latest body which has a stomach and a bottom to die for.
