Morph Dis’!

And more Pose Fair goodness, as I try yet another new (to me) pose maker, Dismorph. (yes, there’s a period at the end), while showing off Zaara’s latest for men.

Style Notes & Slurls

Skin: Jonathan t2 Clean Shave by Adam n Eve
Shape: Jonathan 2 by Ran Garrigus for Adam n Eve
Hair: Sunderland Cappuccino by Bryce Designs
Underwear: Deven Darks by Zaara
Poses: Ivy League by Dismorph

The Ivy League pose set for men from Dismorph. are classy and elegantly done, for the most part. They are generally meant for pants, of course—several of the poses features hands-in-pocket—but this is a good selection that shows the versatility of the poses. They’re understated, and keep in mind things like moving the head and neck, the tilt of the shoulders and the hips, to make the avatar not look totally stiff. It’s an excellent effort from Dismorph., whose poses for men as well as for women can be found at their store (linked in the styling notes) or at the their Pose Fair location. The set of 10 poses—which should be good for the catwalk, BTW, because of their slow transitions—are priced to be competitive, at just L$290 for the full set, or L$35 for individual poses.

I’ve paired the poses up with some more Adam n Eve handsomeness, including a shape that I’m quite happy with. But I couldn’t show quite so much off if it wasn’t for the underwear, and Zaara Kohime’s new Deven boxers for men are excellent. Coming in six colors, sold at L$150 individually, L$300 in one of two packs of three (whites and, as here, darks), and L$500 I believe for all of them. For a long time, Last Call’s red boxers were my standard, go-to regular boxers, but I think these have taken finally overtaken them with its lovely, hand-drawn shading and rich coloring. Between this and the shorter, more revealing Rantastic underwear from Adam n Eve (featured in most of my skin reviews), you’ll be good to go.

There’s a rich collection of pose makers at the Pose Fair, and so far it’s been a terrific way to check out the wide diversity that you almost certainly didn’t know existed. Absolutely worth checking them out. And Zaara too, for the boxers or, if you’re a woman, for the smoking hot lingerie that Freyja recently reviewed.
