I really wanted to wear the lovely Varda roses from Illusions for another post, and while I don’t really need a specific excuse to do so, it doesn’t hurt to have one. Like one of the new hairs from Exile, Jenna, which just happens to go just as well with the roses as that lovely Samantha hair from Truth. But even after I had rushed off to buy it, I found myself indecisive about what else to wear. That is, until the XStreet sale on PixelDolls packs was announced.

One of the things I ended up picking up was the Empire Pearl Tops, which come in five colours: antique, black, cocoa, gold and white. I love the richness of the fabric and all the gorgeous little details both in front and in back. And the neckline was perfect both for the roses and the hair.

Ah, the hair, yes. As Samantha has no doubt shown, I have a weakness for flowing curls swept to one side (in fact, I used to wear my RL hair like that all the time), and Jenna is very much in this style too. Just a bit wilder and longer. Definitely very, very sexy, and I am really liking the new textures and colours from Exile.

The lovely skin is the always-flattering Portia from Adam n Eve in one of the makeups exclusive to the Skin & Shape Expo and the fabulous boots are the new Promenade boots from Kalnins. I managed to snag one of their half-price pairs at the release, but even at full price (L$ 700) they are a bargain considering that one pair is actually a whole fatpack of colour options thanks to scripting.
