Inanna was the Sumerian goddess of carnal love and warfare (a lovely combination, no?), and when I got the notice this morning that Tekeli-li had released a jewellery set called “Inanna” I suspected I was going to fall in love with it even before I opened the notice to look at the pictures. It didn’t take long after that before I had it around my neck (and my head, arms and ankles, too).
It was not, however, the only fast purchase decision made today (well, okay, fast for me, anyway). Jolie Femme is having a one-day sale on selected hairs, and I was fairly quick to pick out some favourites that just had to come home with me.

The Inanna set from Tekeli-li is unusually full-featured even for one of his sets. It comes with the gorgeous collar/necklace, the lovely headpiece, both bracelet and armrings and, as a final touch, anklets as well. Almost everything a girl could possibly need and of course it is all mod, copy and colourchange in four sections, allowing for two metal colours and two gem colours. You can also turn glow on and off. All in all, you get some fabulous options for a great price.
Where does that sexy little belt fit in, though? Well, it is one out of three additional pieces that aren’t part of the main set. There’s this belt (which also comes with a flexi skirt option), a prim bra and a gorgeous hair. There are demos for these pieces, and as I had feared I found that I would probably have to edit my shape a bit to wear the prim bra. I may still be picking it up, though, as the belt stretched pretty well, so it may be that one could get away with stretching the bra too. For now, however, I am liking this rather naughty option well enough. ;)
And how about the hair? Well, I am probably going to pick up the Inanna hair too, but I thought this went rather well with one of my new purchases from Jolie Femme as well. This is the Amy hair in black, which is part of the browns and blacks pack that is available for just L$ 100 today. This is a really great flexi curl style, and there are many more in the Jolie Femme store. I am very glad the creator changed from just offering her hair as no mod save for the resize script to offering them as mod but still with the resize script option.
The skin being shown off so well by the scant covering is the stunning Zarya skin from Skin Within, here shown in the special makeup available at the raffle running continuously at the Skin Within store. And if you don’t get lucky, there are 24 really lovely Zarya makeups to choose from on sale. She’s actually supposed to be a greek skin, but I think she makes a pretty fine Sumerian goddess too.
In closing, I’d like to make a wish for more full sets of jewellery like this, especially with extras such as prim belts. Nothing but jewellery is even sexier than nothing at all. ;)
