Over at Comic Book Resources, Howard Chaykin spends some time discussing his work on adapting Fritz Leiber’s Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser to comic form. 

Dark Horse is set to republish the stories, with art from the amazing Mike Mignola. Among the stories adapted is my absolute favorite, “Lean Times in Lankhmar”, which features the “twain” splitting apart for awhile pursuing different interests, which inevitably leads to raucous troubles. The rather unique religious landscape of Lankhmar is given a close look in the story, to hilarious effect.
