I love it when an idea comes together and the result is a scene where you can feel that there is a story behind the picture. In my mind, I drew some very loose inspiration from the Wheel of Time as it could conceivably accommodate the two outfits we wanted to show off within the range of cultures and clothing styles described for the world. That would make my character an Aes Sedai, perhaps from one of the Borderlands given the style of dress, and Ran could probably pass as a nobleman of Andor. And yes, we used to roleplay on a pair of Wheel of Time MU*s, before A Song of Ice and Fire took over our lives, so for a while we were very immersed in that setting. In fact, the first characters I tried to create a look for in Second Life were my WoT-characters.
Fittingly enough, the gorgeous dress from the Muses is a brand new release for We Love Role-Play. The High Priestess dress is a body-covering dress in a single size decorated with beautiful embroidery.
My stunningly long hair is Rain by Raven Bell, which offers the option to colour the underside and top side in different colours. Here I went for an all-white look, however. The hair is unisex and includes a wide variety of sizes for both male and female avatars.
Ran is wearing the sumptuous Atreus frock coat from ContraptioN as well as a pair of knee breeches from ContraptioN. The textures on the coat are absolutely stunning and do buy the add-on texture pack for even more options. As with many ContraptioN items, there are sizes for both male (Signature Gianni and Jake 2.0, Slink Physique Male) and female bodies (Belleza Freya, Maitreya Lara, Slink Physique Hourglass).
