Otherworldly

A bit of magic might be exactly what I need to have some luck with gachas. I really wanted to put together a full set of the Wicca outfit from deviousMind and the machine was not prepared to co-operate at first (sometimes, nothing is so frustrating as a duplicate rare when all you wanted was a common of a certain colour). Fortunately, I did manage before I broke my budget entirely and with that hurdle out of the way, I was able to put together a magical little scene using items from Roawenwood and Paper Moon.

The Wicca gacha combines a beautiful silk “gown” with a strappy harness. There’s 24 commons, 12 colours each of set A (the harness) and B (panties and cuffs), and 3 rares (the silk gown which comes in pearl/sakura, red/gold and black/silver). The rare does need at least a harness to look right since it is made to attach to it, but you can skip on set B if you don’t want any panties. You also have the choice of three opacities for the gown; opaque, sheer (seen here) and veil. When you play the gacha, you choose between Maitreya Lara, Slink Physique Original or Slink Physique Hourglass. I love that there is a Physique Original option, though sadly that left me with a small trading base for my extras.

The decor items come from two sources, Roawenwood and Paper Moon. Roawenwood’s set is called Spirit Board Chair Set, featuring a chair and an ottoman, plus candles (scripted and unscripted) and an unscripted Ouija board. I really like the candles with the skull and rose decorations, they set the tone.

From Paper Moon come the beautiful and imaginative interpretations of the Minor Arcana. I have had the set for a while and not quite found the right scene to show it off, but I think they came through quite beautifully here. The gacha consists of 12 items, with a 10% chance for a rare. There’s also the special Gift of the Guardians for every 15 plays, when you randomly get one of two items.
