Faire Maiden

There are thousands of hairstyles available in Second Life, yet it can still be hard to find more specialized styles for roleplay looks, so I am always thrilled when I come across one such as the style offered by Anachron at Genre’s medieval round. Finding a gown to go with such a hair is certainly much easier than the reverse; thanks to talented creators like Synjari Myriam of Senzafine I am rarely lacking a new dress for the occasion.

This particular dress from Senzafine is available at the current round of We Love Role-Play for a few days more. Illysa comes in four HUD-driven packs, each offering four main colour variants and matching accent colours for the lace belt and its ribbons.

The Faire Maiden Hair from Anachron is a most appropriate style for a modest young maiden, especially if it is worn with the veil, though it does come with an option to wear just the hair (though the circlet is still part of it) as well. I picked up the Diversity pack for a nice mix of colours and you’re likely to see this one again in the future.

My skin is once again alaskametro’s Kismet skin from the Skin Fair, a beautiful hybrid of photosourcing and handpainting that comes with appliers for a wide range of bodies and heads. The poses are from Black Tulip’s Lost in the Woods set and the building is part of Fanatik’s medieval set.
