I am probably more of a skin addict than a hair addict, at least when compared to a lot of other female avatars on SL. That said, there are some styles of hair that are immediate must-haves. Long and curly or wavy styles, for example. I am a serious flexi-curl addict, and one shop that regularly feeds my addiction is Jolie Femme. My latest acquisition from there is Marianne, a brand new release.
I am also wearing Zaara’s new lingerie and again the new Sasha skin from Adam n Eve, and do read on to learn about an L$ 100 special makeup for Sasha.

But first, lets have a closer look at Marianne. It is a very sultry style (very Bettie Page, in fact), and I love the realism of the soft, rippling waves. It really looks like hair, and the volume of it is much more realistic than some stores offer. Now, don’t get me wrong, at times I love a wild mass of curls that probably would be very improbable in real life, but Jolie Femme’s hairs can really help sell a realistically beautiful look.
The hairs tend to vary in price between 200 and 250 for a pack, with around 6-8 colours per pack, and there’s also a very reasonably priced fatpack. For long styles and different curls and waves the selection is great (not the least if you want some long styles without bangs), and there’s even a couple of styles for men that are fabulous with period and/or fantasy outfits. Ran also wears a few of the female styles that don’t have any bangs, which is something else I really appreciate about the styles at Jolie Femme.

The lingerie, of course, is the gorgous Kanti set from Zaara. As always Zaara’s texturing is amazing, and this is such a classy, sexy set. The colours shown here is the Classic set of colours, there’s also three more pastelly ones available. Each colour can also be bought individually, or on a fatpack of all six.
Finally, I said something about a Sasha special, didn’t I? Starting today and until next Sunday, there is a festive makeup for Sasha available for L$ 100. That includes the makeup in all four tones, with and without a hairbase. I call that a perfect way to sample this sexy lady.
