Green Fantasies from Fantasia

I don’t quite recall when I discovered Fantasia, but it has been a while now since I started keeping a close eye on the store. Its focus is on fantasy clothing, primarily for Gorean roleplay, but don’t expect to find a store full of silks. In fact, the type of silk that has become most common around Second Life is not at all what Fantasia focuses on. There’s certainly plenty of outfits intended as slave wear, but there are also many far more covering (and thus more wearable outside of roleplay) outfits inspired by fantasy as well as history.

With the two outfits I’m showing today, I am also showing a pair of Hair Fair acquisitions as well as the brand-new and very gorgeous Kim skin from PXL.

Style Notes & Slurls

Skins: Kim LT SE Siena Black and EB LT CE Red BlackEB by PXL
Hair: Caroline Black by Designs by Katey and Andor Jet Black by Wasabi Pills
Clothes: Aya Green and Chalwar Green by Fantasia

The first outfit, Aya, is a two-layered robe with a broad sash and a sculpted collar. The outfit also comes with a hood and a veil, but since I wanted to show off this very charming updo from Designs by Katey I decided to wear just the dress. I love the texturing of this outfit, especially the sash, and I am always very happy to see a variety of fantasy and/or historical wear on the grid.

Of course, I couldn’t very well leave off showing the naughtier side of Fantasia too, with another recent release. Chalwar features a top with sculpted puffs, a sculpted belt with tassels hanging from it (I was very impressed with how well this fit the curve of the hips) and sculpted puffs on the legs as well. It is, as you can see, quite transparent, so perhaps nothing you want to stroll around a PG sim in. But why not something to surprise that special someone in instead of lingerie? The hair worn with this outfit is the Andor hair by Wasabi Pills that Ran showed off last week. Works well on a girl too, I think.

Finally, as noted, the skin is PXL’s new skin, Kim. I will be doing a proper review of her quite soon, but I just had to use her for these photos first because I love how ethnic-looking the Light Tan (shown here) and the Tan tones are.

I also need to mention that all new releases at Fantasia (I am not sure if the old ones have been converted) are now copy and mod instead of transfer and mod. This is a blessing for myself, at least, as most outfits regardless of designer need to be tweaked for my shapes.
